"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I am making creamy broccoli soup. I have dumped the butter out for the garlic crustini. Now I am going to take this other half the butter right now, put it in the pan and do the same thing, put the garlic right in because we don't want to scorch the garlic. We also do the same thing on the onion. We are going to give it a spin and turn the heat up here. What we are going to do with this is we are going to take the broccoli out here in a minute when it is done and we are going to puree the broccoli and we are going to sautee this and we are going to throw this in the same pan with the broccoli and puree it again at the very end and we are going to cook this all down with the broccoli and then puree it again at the very end. We have a couple of minutes here on this and we are going to come back to this in a second once we get this the right color. See now my onions have assumed a nice semi-translucent color and I have turned the heat down to about five and what I am going to do now is I am just going to wait for my onions to finish and my broccoli to cook down a little more and I am going to start on the garlic crustini."
