"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village and today I am making creamy Broccoli Soup. Okay to get things started, we are going to go through our list of ingredients. The first thing you are going to need is 1/4 of an onion, 2 large heads of broccoli, 2 sticks of butter or 1 pound of butter, 8 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper, 1/2 gallon of heavy cream, 1/3 cup Gruyeres cheese which is almost the same thing has swiss cheese and 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese as well. You are also going to need white garlic crostini, which is a loaf of French bread, a nice knife, a good cutting board. You are also going to need the oven set to 350 degrees, nice big tin saute pan and a nice 5 to 7 quart size sauce pan filled half way with water and I've got the heat on so that it can get nice and hot so that we can start making Broccoli Soup. "
