"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village and I am making tomato soup. All right, so now our onions are a nice kind of yellowish color and you will see the bottom of the pan down here is starting to get a little bit of a brown color. Don’t worry about that because what is going to happen is as soon as we put the tomatoes in there that is all going to come right out of the pan, that is just nothing but flavor. What we are going to do now is we are going to add the tomatoes and stock and simmer covered on medium low for about thirty minutes. Okay, so it has been about thirty minutes since I last saw it, so I’ll turn the heat down to low so it doesn’t splatter all over the place when I first open it. Be very, very careful, because this lid is going to be very, very hot. What we do now is I am going to stir all the way to the bottom, make sure there is nothing there stuck. "
