"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village.  Today I'm going to show you how to make turkey soup out of leftover turkeys after the holidays are done.  Alright so next up, it's going to be our celery.  So what we'll do is we'll make sure there's no leaves on it and pick that away.  This piece is a little broken up right here, and that's not such a bad deal.  We'll just cut around that.  We'll just cut here, and then cut there.  We'll still use this piece.  So all you'll want to do is just want to remove any parts of the end that's broken, or that's white.  And you can see these are pretty much broken in the same place, and there's a little leaf up inside of this one, there we go.  So we want to keep our celery farely large because celery gets mushy.  So what we'll do is we'll just cut it right down the center just like that on both pieces. Of course you always want to be careful not to cut yourself. There we go. Turn the pieces around, opposite ends as such, and I bet I can cut all four at once. Nice, big, cuts for soup, uh oh, I got ahead of myself, my celery didn't move with my hand. And uniformity's not a tremendous issue, you know, it's soup, it's not a piece of art. so there we go. There's our celery. So let's move on now to the dreaded carrot. It always burns my eyes."
