"Hi on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you a couple of soups today from my new book Not Just Desserts. Okay we are going to check our croûtons now they have been baking for 5 minutes, 7 minutes on high. Look that is what you can do with stale bread, old bread, or even if you just need croûtons you don't even have to wait for the bread to go stale. So they are nice and toasted we are going to utilize that and garnish wight the soap. Now we are going to plate our soup. So we take our ladle, that is really that would stick to your ribs, it is really hearty soup for the winter. And take a little towel we are going to clean it off a little bit. This presentation is important remember. We are going to take a few of our croûtons here I'm going to arrange it around, take some nice toasted ones, put one more in the middle and we are going to take our cheese, put it around and the soup is very hot this cheese is going to melt right into the soup. A little bit of paprika with chili powder, just to add a little bit of bread we are going to take oregano or you can use parsley we are going to add a little bit of grain. So there you have it a wonderful particularly autumn type of soup with festive color great for any occasion. On behalf of Expert Village thanks for watching."
