"Hi on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you a couple of soups today from my new book Not Just Desserts. Okay this is our last batch of pureeing the soup here and I'm going to show you how to finish it off. You see how it is a little thick nice just like potato soup oh god this is a really good batch. Now I'm going to take our cream so we are going to make it a little bit more creamy. It is going to turn a nice beigey white, alright that is 2 cups of cream that we are adding to the 3 pounds of potatoes, 8 cups of chicken stock or chicken broth, we have jalapeños, margarine, oregano, we even add a little bit of salt, black pepper. Alright and that is it, it is a little bit more steps in the other soup the tortellini soup that we have made but it is really a simple soup, it is only one pack puree and you can actually put this in plastic and freeze it for future use. So make a big batch like this and then put it in the freezer, label it dated and in a few months you can take it out and you can still use it. "
