"Hi on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you a couple of soups today from my new book Not Just Desserts. Okay another piece of equipment you are going to need is a blender or a osterizer what some people have it. Alright we would need ladle and let me just grab my ladle here. Now the thing what we are going to do is we are going to ladle the soup. I take the reciprocals and I put it over the pot and I make sure I put in plenty of potatoes and then I start putting in a little bit of the broth. Now I only want you to fill the reciprocals only half way no more them half way and okay so that is what you do like that, put it right there."
