Heat Croutons

"Hi on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you a couple of soups today from my new book Not Just Desserts. Okay I'm going to break them up a little bit and wash my hands a bit and I'm think I'm going to sprinkle a little bit more oregano cause oregano really gives that Italian flavor when it is in the oven. Now we are going to put in the oven I put it maybe 425. You want to make it hot you really want to toast them, put it in the oven, I would say about 5-10 minutes you are going to take them out and have homemade croûtons."
