"Hi on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you a couple of soups today from my new book Not Just Desserts. The next step is to take a little bit of margarine or butter in a little cup, put it in the microwave. Let's try 20 seconds first and see what happens. Once that is melted what we are going to do we are going to pour it on top of the bread and have that soak up a little bit, we are going to add a few spices and you are going to have homemade croûtons and you can do this to any kind of bread old, Italian bread, bagel I have don't it with and they are just spectacular. You can make it in a much larger croûtons that a lot of people prefer or smaller one if you want to be a little bit more delicate. Okay here we go, I don't want to drown it to much, I just want to put enough there so it helps soak up into the bread and taste good. "
