"Hi on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you a couple of soups today from my new book Not Just Desserts. As you can see the soup is starting to come to a boil and as it does the tortellini is going to float to the surface and when the tortellini float to the surface the tortellini is done. When you the simplest soup basically everything is basically cooked you really don't have to cook anything. The broth is done and as soon as the tortellini come to the surface your soup is done quick and easy soup with chicken broth, scallions, for a light meat chicken tortellini. "
