"Hi on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you a couple of soups today from my new book Not Just Desserts. 2 of the ingredients that I'm going to add to the broth while it is starting to boil I'm going to add a little bit of garlic powder. Not much you don't want to much of a garlic flavor and oregano. Oregano I like cause it does a lot of flavor to it. Alright and it is actually at this point that you can add the scallions so how I chopped up the scallions that is about a would say about a cup of scallions. Add the scallions, I could hear it, it is just about to boil this is a very simple soup, easy soup. It is starting to boil I'm going to add in the tortellini as I said before you can put in meat tortellini or any of your favorite tortellinis. I'm going to add that we have one last ingredient that we are going to add this is our chicken. Okay I'm not going to add it all so I can have a little extra for later."
