"Hello, my name is Amy Staggs and on behalf of Expert Village here is my recipe for Amy’s Easy Bean Dip. Okay, what we have right now is already a beautiful tasty bean dip but I want to keep dressing it up, because I want it to be fun. So something that I like to add to just about oh, everything is flax seed. This was eaten by the Greeks and Romans, like nuts in the early times, and little did they know that it did wonders for the heart. So, this adds a little bit of crunch. You can also use it in baked goods, salads, just anywhere you would want a little bit of extra crunch. So I’m just sprinkling, just a small amount. Here we go, we all of a sudden have Omega 3 in our bean dip. Um, um, um, crunchy, delicious, almost perfect, we’re almost there. All right. "
