"Hello, my name is Amy Staggs and on behalf of Expert Village, here is my recipe for Amy’s Easy Bean Dip. Okay, so we’ve added our beans and our olive oil, next comes the vinegar. Now I’m using red wine vinegar, because that’s what I happen to have in my cupboard. But you can use white vinegar, you can use rice wine vinegar, it really doesn’t matter. It’s just a tiny bit of the vinegary taste, that we’re looking for. And I only put in about a teaspoon, whoops, if I go too crazy it’ll taste like vinegar dip. Looks like I went a little crazy, again, the end of the world, so what, we’re human, it happens. I’m just going to mix it up, the moment of truth, see if it is indeed too vinegary. Its not, it’s perfect, so it’s important to taste in between mixing, you don’t have enough, add some more. If you have too much, be sure to look for little pools of liquid and try to spoon it out before you mix it and there is our next step in Amy’s Easy Bean Dip."
