"Hello, my name is Amy Staggs and on behalf of Expert Village here is my recipe for Amy’s Easy Bean Dip. Okay, we have processed our beans; we have the base part of Amy’s Easy Bean Dip ready. Next we’re going to add a little bit of extra virgin olive oil. I prefer extra virgin, but again, because this is Amy’s Easy Bean Dip. Whatever olive oil you have in your cupboard is just fine, even vegetable oil. And I approximate, I eyeball, hmm, about half a tablespoon or so. If you put too much in, it’s going to be a little bit too liquidity, and it’s going to be less of a dip, more of a liquidity spread and it won’t go on crackers so easily. So be careful not to add too much liquid. Just pulse it, just pulse it a couple of times, to make sure that you’ve spread the olive oil around. All right and there is our next step in Amy’s Easy Bean Dip, adding the olive oil. "
