"Hi, I'm Amanda with Expert Village. In this clip we'll cut the Brie and place it into the soup. So I'm going to cut the Brie into a half inch, maybe a little bit smaller slice, nice and smooth. I'm going to cut three nice slices of the cheese. From there I'm going to cut the cheese in half. We have six pieces of Brie to place on the bread now. So Brie is my favorite kind of cheese. I'm just going to place the cheese on top of the bread and that will allow the cheese to just melt right over the bread and then into the soup. This cheese is just the most wonderful because it has this creamy texture that is so nice and it is flavor. It will compliment the leeks very well."
