"Hi, I'm Amanda with Expert Village. In this clip I'm going to be adding the flour to the soup. It smells delicious. When you add in the flour, you just stir until bubbling. You can also see here that most of the liquid has evaporated from the soup. You're just stirring the flour in. That helps to improve the consistency of the soup. It will make it nice and thick. Leeks are wonderful for fiber in the diet. They provide a good source of iron, vitamin B, vitamin 6 and as well as having folic acid. They are a good source of minerals, the mineral manganese. "
