Salad Dressing for Tomato & Feta Salad

"Hi I'm Amanda on behalf of Expert Village in this clip we'll mixing the salad dressing I'll start with the 4 teaspoons of lemon juice and I'll add a 1/4 cup of olive oil to that and then adding the lemon zest as well as the pepper to taste. Olive oil is delicious as well it's rich and mild and saturated fats which reduce cholesterol the olive oil which is extra virgin is purer in flavorant which makes it great for salad dressings. Whisking this till its smooth and it looks about done."
