Cut Cucumber for Tomato & Feta Salad

"Hi I'm Amanda on behalf of Expert Village in this clip I'll be slicing half of the cucumber when selecting a cucumber they should be heavy and they're weight firm to the touch and bright and there color. Also it's important to make sure that the cucumber doesn't have any imperfections in the skin. So I'll cut half of the cucumber slicing it into thin slices cucumbers are popular with Greeks and the romans and they we're that to be called cultivated as long ago as 10,000 BC. Cucumbers are also deliciously cool and refreshing crunchy texture that's why I like to keep the skins on."
