"Hi I'm Amanda on behalf of Expert Village in this clip we're going to crumble 8oz of feta cheese this is one of my favorite cheeses as it's curdled without the use. Feta cheese is reserved brine I'm going to pour the brine out if you prefer the cheese a little less salty then you can soak the cheese in water for 10 minutes. Now I'll crumble the feta cheese, feta cheese is firm and crumbly and its texture so there's no need to use a knife you can just simply crumble the cheese with your fingers. You see it also breaks apart very easily and it's nice to have larger chunks in your salad."
