Series Summary

Tomato and Feta Salad is a type of Greek salad that includes not only tomatoes and feta cheese, but often, olives, cucumbers, and oil based dressing. Like many Greek based recipes, Tomato and Feta Salad is quite healthy, lacking the creamy fatty dressing of a traditional lettuce salad. It is also quite easy to make, by just chopping a few vegetables and mixing them together with dressing. Tomato and Feta Salad makes a delicious addition to any meal or picnic.

In this free video recipe series, our expert will demonstrate how to make a homemade Tomato and Feta salad. She will demonstrate how to choose and cut the tomatoes, cucumbers and olives, and prepare the feta cheese. She will even show you how to make your own oil based dressing for your Tomato and Feta Greek inspired salad. This is a great side if you are a vegetarian or if you just want a healthy and delicious salad to accompany your meal. It is a recipe the whole family is sure to love.
