"Hi, I'm Amanda with Expert Village in this clip I'm going to be adding the salt and pepper to the rice as well as serving it and garnishing it with the cilantro. So depending on how ever much salt and pepper you want I'm just adding salt to your own taste. Then black pepper it is nice to use black pepper corns and then freshly ground that into your foods. Black pepper is a really wonderful digestive aide, it gives the food a little spice and it helps to increase the digestion. We will serve it up and from here I'm going to garnish the kitchari with the cilantro. Cilantro because of all the warming properties of this food this cilantro will be really good for the digestion to add some cooling properties. Then just a small dollop of ghee as well. Now I'll try the food, it looks great, the ghee is melted all the way around. (tasting food) It's so delicious. "
