"Hi, I'm Amanda with Expert Village in this clip I'm going to be adding the pumpkin seeds to the onions. So I'm going to be adding three tablespoons of shelled pumpkin seeds and we're going to be cooking them until they are a nice golden brown color. Pumpkin seeds are really good for you as they have a high protein content and they are good to battle any prostate elements, as well they have a high mineral content. You can see that they're turning a nice brown color and the aromas are amazing here it smells nutty it has some of the smell from the onion as well. The ghee is really allowing the onions you can see are not turning brown so it is allowing the pumpkin seeds and the mixture to cook without burning."
