We'll be using one cup of Basmati rice, 1/3 cup of Mung Dal pins, ghee, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, 3 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds, 2 teaspoons of curry powder, salt and pepper to taste, liquid amino acids, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup, 1 sweet potato, one onion, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, one winter squash and cilantro to garnish."
