"Hi! I'm Amanda with Expert Village. In this clip, I'll be adding the vanilla to the whipping cream, shaking it and mixing it. I just have my whipping cream here. I'm going to keep the whipping cream in its box, in its carton. I'm going to take the vanilla. I'd say more less about a teaspoon of vanilla. You can add maybe a little bit more or maybe just a little bit less. I'm going to just add it here. I'm going to close the heavy whipping cream and shake it for about 30 seconds. That'll give it just the right consistency that we need. I'm going to shake the whipping cream fairly vigorously as well. Here we can see a nice bubbly light consistency."
