Bake Apples

"Hi! I'm Amanda with Expert Village. In this clip, I'll be placing the apples into our baking dish. You have our apples that we filled with the date mixture. I'm going to place them in the baking dish here. From here, I'm going to take the rest of the flax seed/date syrup and just spoon it on the top so it'll kind of drizzle over the sides. Like you can see, that one already did a little bit. I preheated the oven to 325 and I'm going to bake the apples for about 20 minutes."
