"Hi! I'm Amanda with Expert Village. In this clip, I'll be grounding the flax seeds. 4 1/2 teaspoons of flax seeds here. Flax seeds are wonderful for digestion and for dietary fiber. They have the essential fatty acids in them. They're grounding up pretty nicely. If you don't happen to have a mortar and pestle to grind with, then you can definitely use a coffee grinder. That works really well. We'll just add the flax into a bowl for now."
