"Hi, I'm Amanda with Expert Village. In this clip, I'll be adding the spices and the salt to onions and the garlic. So I'll be adding 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds here to the onions and garlic, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of ginger powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of cloves and then about 1/2 teaspoon of salt but you can add the salt to your taste. From here, I'm going to mix all the ingredients together all the spices, garlic and onions. I'll cook this mixture for five to eight minutes until the onions are soft."
