"Hi, I'm Amanda with Expert Village. In this clip I'll be chopping the apples. They are fairly tart apples I'm just going to chop the apples first by cutting them in half quartering them so I can remove the inside core. Apples are high in fiber in vitamin C so not only being a really great source of fiber and pectin apples hold a lot of their nutrition and through the skin of the apples. If you eat the apple with the skin on them, that is where a lot of the nutrients are being held. Apples are also a member of the rose family and of the pear family."
