"Hi, I'm Amanda with Expert Village. In this clip, I'm going to be chopping onions. I got 2 onions here today. I'm going to chop them up just starting with cutting off the ends of the onions, removing the outer skin. So I'm using a white and yellow onion today and yellow onions tend to be a little sweeter in the taste so I like to have a little bit of a variety for the curry. Onions are great for cold and flu season. They are a good cider for the immune system and the nervous system and they help nervous systems orders. They are in the same family as the garlic. They have a lot of medicinal benefits."
