"Hi, I'm Amanda with Expert Village. Today we are going to be making mushroom curry. You'll need 1 1/2 pounds of mushrooms, sour cream to garnish, 1/2 of teaspoon of cloves, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and turmeric, cayenne pepper to garnish, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds, ginger powder and cumin. One large can of tomatoes, celery, 2 apples, 2 tablespoons of butter, lemon juice, garlic, 2 onions, maple syrup, almonds to garnish, 1/2 cup of coconut and 3 cups of rice."
