"Hi my name is Allen Diwan. I'm the chef and owner of Kashmir Indian Restaurant Budapest. We're here on behalf of Expert Village, and the dish that we're gonna do is a cauliflower dish with potatoes. So our cauliflower and potatoes has been simmering away for about fifteen minutes, and for the last touch, we're gonna chop some fresh coriander leaves and add it to the cauliflower. Let's see how our cauliflower's been doing? Very nice. So, almost ready. We're gonna sprinkle the coriander leaves on it, and in the last minute, we're gonna put a quarter teaspoon of garam masala, quarter teaspoon of garam masala. Garam Masala is a mixture of many dried spices which has been ground together; and it has, because it's roasted spices we don't need to cook it a lot with the food. So gobhi - aloo gobhi or cauliflower, is ready. Ok. So there we have it. Just another sprinkle of coriander leaves on top to go with it. There we have it. Aloo Gobhi, or cauliflower with potatoes. Enjoy!"
