"Hi my name is Allen Diwan. I'm the chef and owner of Kashmir Indian Restaurant Budapest. We're here on behalf of Expert Village, and the dish that we're gonna do is a cauliflower dish with potatoes. In the meantime, we're gonna prepare our tomatoes. We'll take about two tomatoes, and roughly chop them into nice little chunks. So we're gonna halve them, and then halve them once again. So it's gonna be, they're gonna be nice little chunks. And, onions are being fried, so coming back we're gonna add the spices now. We're gonna add some salt, we're gonna add curry powder, a little bit of chili powder, and we're gonna add cumin powder, and coriander powder once again. Give it a nice, we'll give it a nice turn, and then we'll add in the tomatoes. "
