"Hi my name is Allen Diwan, I'm the chef and owner of Kashmir Restaurant in Budapest. We're here on behalf of Expert Village, and the dish that we're gonna do is a cauliflower dish with potatoes. I'm gona add about four to five tablespoons of oil into our pan, and make sure it's quite hot. Once it's hot, we're going to add a little bit of cumin seeds, and coriander seeds. As it's getting hot we'll add garlic. We're going to stir in the garlic for a minute or two. Once it starts bubbling nicely, we're gonna add onions. Fry up the onions (pause), and we're gonna sautee it for two or three minutes."
