"Hi my name is Allen Diwan and I'm the chef and owner of Kashmir Restaurant in Budapest and we're here on behalf of Expert Village, and the dish that we're gonna do is a cauliflower dish with potatoes. We have our cauliflower ready, let's keep this aside. (pause) And we've peeled our potatoes, and cut them into nice little cubes (talking in background). Now, we'll put our pan on a high heat, and we're gonna add some garlic to this one. about three to four cloves of garlic, we're going to cut into nice little thin slices. The reason why don't we cut it... the reason we don't want it very small is that we want to feel that garlic, like when we're biting into the cauliflower - get those nice little bites of the garlic fl- of the garlic. After we've added the garlic, we're gonna add some onions. "
