"Hi, my name is Allen Diwan and I'm the chef and owner Kasmir Indian restaurant in Budapest. We are here on behalf of Expert Village. The dish we are going to do is a cauliflower dish with potatoes. It is a very simple recipe, it's ready in a few minutes. It has excellent flavors and very nice texture. What we do is we take cauliflower, and just around the center we make deep incisions or cuts. We wait for the cauliflower to just sort of fall apart. So we cut it in half, make another cut and remove the inner part. We are going to separate the small flowers of the cauliflower. So, what you're looking for is more this size flowerets of the cauliflower, so you can use about half of the cauliflower now."
