"Hi. My name is Allen Diwan the chef and owner of Kashmir Indian Restaurant. We're the best. We're here on behalf of Expert Village and now we're going to make a very special Raita. So we have added the cumin seed to our Raita dish and we're going to add some salt; about a quarter teaspoon of salt and a good shake of fresh pepper. So that's about it. We'll give it a little squeeze of lemon juice. And then we'll all mix it up. We'll mix it up. Once it's nicely mixed up we're going to add yogurt to it. So I'm going to use my hands to mix the salad. If you don't want to get too much involved you can use your spoon. But I think give it a nice mix. And there you have it. Your fresh Raita. It's really very tasty."
