"Hi my name is Allen Diwan I'm the chef and owner of Kashmir Indian Restaurant Budapest. We're here on behalf of Expert Village. And now we are going to make very special raita. I believe our cumin seeds have been are cool now so we're going to go over to our other section, and we're going to slightly break the cumin seeds. So we're going to put the cumin seeds on a chopping board and with a rolling pin slightly roll the cumin seeds. What this does it doesn't make it very powdery it brings out very nice aroma it brings out very nice fragrance. And it gives very nice fresh taste."
