"Hi my name is Allen Diwan, I'm the chef and owner of Kashmir Indian Restaurant Budapest. We're here on behalf of Expert Village. And now we are going to make very special raita. We're going to add some tomatoes to it, what we want is the outer part of the tomato we don't want the watery inner part, because it is going to give it too much water, too much of watery consistency. Again we're going to cut in to long slices, take out the watery bits and the seeds and cut it into thin long slices. One piece of mid sized tomato will do. Once we've chopped up our tomato, we're going to add some onions to it. So this is a very, very classic combination in Indian food, cucumber, tomatoes, and onions. So all the onions you might think are give it, give the spiciness to our dish, but they also give a nice fresh fragrant feel to our dish as well."
