"Hi my name is Allen Diwan, I'm the chef and owner of Kashmir Indian restaurant Budapest. We're here on behalf of Expert Village. And now we're going to make a very special raita. We're using cucumber in this dish and we want to cook we want to cut the cucumber in a very diagonal way, because we want languets of the cucumber. we get the cucumber and then we cut it once more into long slices, you might call it Julian or thinly sliced cucumber. So that much is enough."
