Making A "Tom Collins" Cocktail

"Hi! I'm Adam. We're here at The Bird All American Bar and Grill in beautiful downtown Mount Pleasant, Michigan. On behalf of Expert Village, we are going to mix up some drinks today, pour some shots, and have some fun. In this clip, we're going to make a Tom Collins. We're going to start by filling a tall glass with ice. We're going to do a full shot of gin. Do half of sour mix and club soda. That's a Tom Collins. The ingredients for a Tom Collins are pretty simple. We've got some Tanqueray gin here, some sour mix, and club soda."
