Difficulty: Easy

Tips & Warnings:

  • Serve with a straw.
  • A glass of water is usually served with frappé
  • sip slowly sit back and relax like the Greeks do!
  • Don't drink more than 2 a day or you may not sleep for weeks! LOL

Step1
In a shaker or jar (with a tight-fitting lid), add 2-3 tablespoons

of cold water, 1 teaspoon of nescafe or instant coffee (two

teaspoons if you like extra strong frappé) and

sugar to taste (1 teaspoon of sugar for medium-sweet or 3

packets of splenda or equal, if your watching the calories).
Step2
Close tightly and shake for 10 seconds, until the mixture

appears to be all foam. (I like to make my frappé with an

electric mixer because its faster and less work)
Step3
Pour the foam into a water glass, add 7-8 ounces of water, 3-

4 ice cubes,(because chilled is the only way you drink frappé )

milk or half and half to taste, and stir.
