Video Preview

Summary: Eating grass is a very common thing for dogs. Most people think the dog is eating the grass because they have an upset stomach. Instructions
  1. Step 1

Take a look at your dog's diet. There are some really good dog foods on the market and there are some really bad foods on the market.

  2. Step 2

Even the best dog food in the world is going to be deficient because it's cooked. Water soluable vitamins like Vitamin C and B are no good once they are heated up past 110 degrees F. Also enzymes are very sensitive to heat, and this can cause problems for your dog.

  3. Step 3

A good dog food will be made without preservatitves, by-products, dyes and chemicals like Ethoxyquine and BHA or BHT.

  4. Step 4

Once you have your dog on a good diet, a good supplement for your dog is Barley Dog. Barley Dog is the original "green supplement" made from barley grass juice (grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers) with a bacon-like flavor. Barley Dog provides active enzymes, Vitamins C and E, Beta-carotene, amino acids, protein, chlorophyll, bioflavonoids and essential trace minerals. Regular use promotes healthy skin and a healthy coat, reduces bad breath, improves digestion and restores energy levels, especially among senior dogs.
