Bottling the Wine: Learn How Wine Is Made

"In bottling a wine, we pump it into a vat and that vat is gravity fed into a bottling machine. We use gravity fed bottling machines. They feel 6 bottles at a time and as people fill their bottles, they sample. They enjoy the fruits of their labor. They put the bottles on it, caps on it, put their own custom labels on it and then they sit there and they are in awe and they can’t wait to give out the first bottle. They give out the bottles and then they realize they don’t have any wine left and now they have to come in and make more wine. Then they realize I don’t want to give this away, it’s too good. Like myself I haven’t gone into a store in over 15 years to buy wine because it’s just not the same."
