"Okay, the first thing that someone making wine at home should do is make a single variety like a Merlot or Cabaret, Petite Sirah. Don’t try Pinot Noir; Pinot Noir is tough. White wines are tough. Making home wines you should stick to something that is standard that you can standard against in your pallet because if your pallet doesn’t like the wine, you are not going to want to do it again, but that’s at home. But in a facility like this, we guarantee you are going to like your wine, so that is our difference. But when you are going to be doing this at home, make wines that your pallet really can tell, so you can know that is a good wine or if it is a bad wine, you still like it. Sometimes people bring us wine that they think is bad; it’s the best wine we’ve ever had."
