"I'm Tish Cooper and I'm Amanda Persico for ExpertVillage.com at Joseph Filippi Winery, and we're going to talk today about some wine selections. The best way to store wine is to store it in a temperature anywhere from fifty-eight to seventy-two degrees. You need to remember that head ages wine. So, the hotter the room is, the faster your wine is going to age. An ideal situation for wine storage would be in a nice cool, dark closet, or in a temperature controlled wine cellar, or wine refrigerator. Another good area would be in the refrigerator if you plan on drinking it, do not store it at thirty to forty degrees, which is a typical temperature for a refrigerator, but again if you don't have a temperature controlled wine cellar or a wine cabinet then the best place would be a dark, cool closet. I hope we've told you a little bit about wine selections today, if you are concerned with what to age, what to not age, come in to the winery, Amanda and our staff here at the Joseph Filippi Winery will tell you everything you need to know. Buy it, drink it, we'll make more. But, definitely, if you're not really sure come on in and we'll tell you everything you need to know. We'll make you a wine lover for sure."
