"Hi, this is Chuck Byers for Expert Village and we?re here at Le Select Restaurant in Toronto. Most of the wines that you find in restaurants are purchased in the $12 to $20 dollar range and then there marked up after that. Because unfortunately restaurants their marks up can be 150, 200 percent. So if you bring in a wine at $12 dollars you are going to charge $35 dollars for it something like that. I think it's in the sense it's educational. It's to allow the consumer the client to choose the wine, but if he or she is not really happy about making a decision to guide them to the wine that they will like at a price they can afford."
