Tips & Warnings:
- Make any changes that suit you. You may find that you dont like coco powder or that you prefer more greens. Whatever works for you is all that matters. I will also add that this is not the first thing I drink. I flush out my system with a full glass of purified water with either some cellpower in it or a pinch of sea salt!! Feel Good
Step1
Make sure you have cleaned off the Strawberries and a space to prepare the shake. Cut the strawberries and banana an put them into the coconut water. And 1 or 2 Eggs to the shake before you add the Acai berry juice (I like MonaVie its very concentrated)
Step2
Add a heaping teaspoon of the New Zealand Organic Barley Grass and a teaspoon of the probiotic (prime directive or ferm-plus) the ferm-plus is gluten free. Also add a tablespoon of organic flax oil and a tablespoon of the flaxseed meal. You can also add some rice protein powder for extra protein.
Step3
Then to sweeten it up you could add either organic chocolate syrup or organic coco powder. Well then of course you either use a blender to mix it up or a wand like I show in the video.
