"DARREN STORR: Hi. My name is Darren Storr, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to run 200 meters. All right, I'm also going to show you a few stretches. It's a little different from the 100 meters because this is a longer sprint and this is a long common sprint distance. One of the stretches I'm going to show you is just angle your leg to a high beam motion or high beam stand, just grab the bottom of your shoes. Now, you're also stretching your hamstring and your glutes, and you want to have a nice stretch so you lean over, dip your head to your ankle, and hold for 15 to 20 seconds, and you the same motion for each leg, same motion. Like I said, you want to stretch your hamstring and your glutes out, and you want to have a full range of motion so you want to be able to relax, breathe in properly, and at the same time, your muscle will understand and you will be able to concentrate a lot more."
