"DARREN STORR: Hi. My name is Darren Storr, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to run 200 meters. And as you gradually sling off that curve, you position yourself so your body is still in an "airplane motion" as we call it, and you gradually come off the turn and your body is in the upright, so it's like an airplane taking off. So, you want to have that same motion as if you're flying a plane or taking off in a plane. So, same motion as the 100 meters, but it's a lot longer. Up-down motion, arms should be full length. You want to have that 90-degree angle on the back legs, push off hard into the blocks, into the straight line, off the turn, like I said, slingshot yourself into the turn. And once you do that, you're starting to position yourself. You're starting to lift your body and stay on the balls of your feet, and this is going to help you move quickly and efficiently down the turn to the home stretch before the finish line. Also remember, in the finish line, your 15 meters before you hit that finish line, also remember to the lean and dip. You have to lean, like I said, you're always running against the clock so you want to have that gradual lean in the 100 and 200 meters. So, you want to be able to lean that 15 meters before you hit the finish line."
