"DARREN STORR: Hi. My name is Darren Storr on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show you how to run a 400-meter sprint. Also, when in the last few meters of this 400 meters, you have to remember that you're still racing or running against the clock, so there are times where you have to dip before you hit the finish line, maybe 50 meters before you hit the finish line. If you're running more efficiently, there are times where you have to dip, and this requires you to be very efficient coming through a fluid run. And this will help you to maintain and run a perfect 400 meters."
